With more than 20 years of experience across corporate, customer-facing, operational, and project management leadership roles, Bryan Small brings a unique, people-centered approach to owner advocacy and project delivery.
Bryan’s career spans a diverse range of industries, including banking, nonprofit, retail facilities management, construction, and warehousing. For 17 years, he served as a Facilities Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company, where he supported complex retail operations and built a deep foundation in vendor management, site development, and customer experience.
Bryan currently works as a Project Manager for Prologis Essentials, where he continues to deliver a wide portfolio of warehouse, logistics, and construction projects. His expertise blends hands-on operational insight with a strategic understanding of what owners truly need when building or expanding a business.
Bryan’s philosophy is grounded in authenticity and service. He leverages both the successes and the pitfalls from his own professional journey to guide clients toward smarter decisions, smoother projects, and more rewarding outcomes.
